I’m Dudi Alush. An entrepreneur, strategist, and operator who thrives on helping businesses grow. After years in the defense tech industry, I transitioned to a more dynamic path: guiding startups, manufacturers, and service companies to real, measurable breakthroughs.

I founded RVC – Real Value Consulting to do what I do best: identify growth levers, open new channels, and remove obstacles standing between you and your next milestone.
